Adam J. Lowry, age 36, of Bidwell, Ohio, one count of Possession of Drugs (Buprenorphine) with a prior conviction, a felony of the fifth degree; and two counts of Possession of Drugs (Alprazolam) with a prior conviction, both felonies of the fifth degree.
Robert D. Martin, age 38, of New Haven, West Virginia, one count of Possession of Heroin, a felony of the fifth degree.
Lechey Green, age 26, of Charleston, West Virginia, one count of Possession of Fentanyl Related Compound, a felony of the first degree; and one count of Trafficking in Fentanyl Related Compound, a felony of the first degree.
Jordan L. Preston, age 22, of Xenia, Ohio, one count of Possession of Fentanyl Related Compound, a felony of the first degree; and one count of Trafficking in Fentanyl Related Compound, a felony of the first degree.
