Adam W. Ray, age 49, of Flatwoods, Kentucky, one count of Strangulation, a felony of the fourth degree; and one count of Burglary, a felony of the second degree.
Jason Kirby, age 41, of Bidwell, Ohio, three counts of Gross Sexual Imposition, felonies of the third degree.
Erica L. Writesel, age 41, of Columbus, Ohio, one count of Illegal Conveyance of Drugs onto Grounds of Detention Facility or Institution, a felony of the third degree; and one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), a felony of the fifth degree.
Brian K. Cleland, age 50, of Middleport, Ohio, one count of Failure to Appear, a felony of the fourth degree.
Jeffrey D. Wells, age 48, of Gallipolis, Ohio, one count of Failure to Appear, a felony of the fourth degree.
Jeremy S. Belville, age 47, of Bidwell, Ohio, one count of Possession of Heroin, a felony of the fifth degree; and one count of Possession of Fentanyl Related Compound, a felony of the fourth degree.
Dominique D. Garland, age 30, of Jackson, Ohio, one count of Vandalism, a felony of the fifth degree.
Brandi M. Powers, age 52, of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, one count of Telecommunications Fraud, a felony of the fifth degree; and one count of Receiving Stolen Property, a felony of the fifth degree.
J.T. Reynolds, age 35, one count of Breaking and Entering, a felony of the fifth degree; and three counts of Receiving Stolen Property, felonies of the fifth degree.
Shane E.W. Housley, age 38, of Gallipolis, Ohio, one count of Breaking and Entering, a felony of the fifth degree.
James E. Jones, age 52, of Charleston, West Virginia, one count of Possession of Fentanyl Related Compound, a felony of the fifth degree.
Kelly R. Savage, age 44, of Vinton, Ohio, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), a felony of the fifth degree.
Rachelle M. Huff, age 46, of Bidwell, Ohio, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), a felony of the fifth degree.
Brittany L. Hubbard, age 28, of Oak Hill, Ohio, one count of Possession of Fentanyl Related Compound, a felony of the fifth degree.
The cases against those indicted will proceed in the Gallia County Common Pleas Court.
