Mary E. Mills, age 56, of Gallipolis, Ohio, two counts of Felonious Assault, felonies of the second degree; and one count of Aggravated Assault, a felony of the fourth degree.
Justin E. Clay, age 34, of Patriot, Ohio, one count of Endangering Children, a felony of the third degree.
William O. Writesel, age 36, of Wheelersburg, Ohio, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), a felony of the third degree; one count of Weapons While Under Disability, a felony of the third degree; and one count of Receiving Stolen Property, a felony of the fourth degree.
Jordyn D. Wolfe, age 30, of Cheshire, Ohio, one count of Endangering Children, a felony of the fourth degree.
Marshall A. Douglas, age 24, of Cheshire. Ohio, two counts of Assault, felonies of the fourth degree.
Lawrence R. Fornash Jr., age 46, of Crown City, Ohio, one count of Theft, a felony of the fourth degree.
Christopher D. Ray, age 33, of Ashville, North Carolina, one count of Possession of Cocaine, a felony of fifth degree.

Amanda J. Brewer, age 55, of Vinton, Ohio, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Hydrocodone), a felony of the fifth degree.

Lonnie B. Williams, age 66, of Rochester, New York, one count of Possession of Cocaine, a felony of the fifth degree.
Zachary K. Cox, age 34, of Gallipolis, Ohio, one count of Breaking and Entering, a felony of the fifth degree.
Charles Flemings, age 44, of Bidwell, Ohio, one count of Telecommunications Fraud, a felony of the fifth degree; one count of Theft, a Misdemeanor of the first degree; and one count of Receiving Stolen Property, a felony of the fifth degree.
Carlos E. Pagans, age 21, of Glade Hill, Virginia, one count of Possession of Marihuana, a felony of the second degree; and one count of Trafficking in Marihuana, a felony of the second degree.
Edward E. Burdette, age 27, of Nitro, West Virginia, one count of Possession of Marihuana, a felony of the fifth degree; and one count of Trafficking in Marihuana, a felony of the fourth degree.
