Bouyer, age 34, of Detroit, Michigan, six counts of Possession of Fentanyl Related Compound, felonies of the first degree; six counts of Trafficking in a Fentanyl Related Compound, felonies of the first degree; one count of Possession of Heroin, a felony of the second degree; one count of Trafficking in Heroin, a felony of the second degree; and one count of Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity, a felony of the first degree.
