OCTOBER 2025 GRAND JURY INDICTMENTS ANNOUNCED

Prosecuting Attorney Jason D. Holdren announces that the Gallia County Grand Jury met in October 2025 and returned indictments for the following individuals:

Raheem E. Bouyer, age 34, of Detroit, Michigan, six counts of Possession of Fentanyl Related Compound, felonies of the first degree; six counts of Trafficking in a Fentanyl Related Compound, felonies of the first degree; one count of Possession of Heroin, a felony of the second degree; one count of Trafficking in Heroin, a felony of the second degree; and one count of Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity, a felony of the first degree.

Charles M. Bouyer Jr., age 58, of Gallipolis, Ohio, two counts of Possession of Fentanyl Related Compound, felonies of the fourth degree; two counts of Trafficking in Fentanyl Related Compound, felonies of the fourth degree; two counts of Possession of Fentanyl Related Compound, felonies of the second degree; two counts of Trafficking in a Fentanyl Related Compound, felonies of the second degree; one count Possession of Heroin, a felony of the fourth degree; one count of Trafficking in Heroin, a felony of the fourth degree; two counts of Possession of Fentanyl Related Compound, felonies of the first degree; two counts of Trafficking in a Fentanyl Related Compound, felonies of the first degree; one count of Possession of Heroin, a felony of the second degree; one count of Trafficking in Heroin, a felony of the second degree; three counts of Complicity to Trafficking in a Fentanyl Related Compound, felonies of the first degree; and one count of Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity, a felony of the first degree.

Makayla M. Curtis, age 36, of Cheshire, Ohio, one count of Escape, a felony of the third degree.

Johnny A. Moore, age 63, of Long Beach, California, one count of Possession of Marihuana, a felony of the third degree; and one count of Trafficking in Marihuana, a felony of the third degree.

John T. Williams, age 37, of Detroit, Michigan, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), a felony of the third degree; one count of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, a felony of the third degree; one count of Possession of Cocaine, a felony of the third degree; one count of Trafficking in Cocaine, a felony of the third degree; one count of Possession of Heroin, a felony of the fourth degree; one count of Trafficking in Heroin, a felony of the fourth degree; one count of Possession of Fentanyl Related Compound, a felony of the fourth degree; and one count of Trafficking in a Fentanyl Related Compound, a felony of the fourth degree.

Allison E. Neville, age 31, of Crown City, Ohio, one count of Burglary, a felony of the third degree; and one count of Breaking and Entering, a felony of the fifth degree.

Andrew L. Henderson, age 29, of Beckley, West Virginia, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), a felony of the third degree; one count of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, a felony of the third degree; one count of Possession of Cocaine, a felony of the third degree; one count of Trafficking in Cocaine, a felony of the third degree; one count of Possession of Heroin, a felony of the fourth degree; one count of Trafficking in Heroin, a felony of the fourth degree; one count of Possession of Fentanyl Related Compound, a felony of the fourth degree; and one count of Trafficking in a Fentanyl Related Compound, a felony of the fourth degree.

Ricky N. McGuire, age 46, of Oak Hill, Ohio, one count of Receiving Stolen Property, a felony of the fourth degree; and one count of Weapons While Under Disability, a felony of the third degree.

Brittany L. Hubbard, age 29, of Oak Hill, Ohio, one count of Failure to Appear, a felony of the fourth degree.

Sherry A. Patterson, age 29, of Bidwell, Ohio, one count of Theft, a felony of the fourth degree; and five counts of Telecommunications Fraud, felonies of the fourth degree.

Lacey L. Plessinger, age 37, of Detroit, Michigan, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), a felony of the fifth degree.

The cases against those indicted will proceed in the Gallia County Common Pleas Court
