Prosecuting Attorney Jason D. Holdren announces that the Gallia County Grand Jury met in March 2026 and returned indictments for the following individuals:
Jake A. Facemire, age 33, of Gallipolis, Ohio, one count of Aggravated Vehicular Homicide, a felony of the first degree; one count of Aggravated Vehicular Assault, a felony of the second degree; one count of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, a misdemeanor of the first degree; and one count of Driving Under Suspension, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
John T. Williams, age 37, of Detroit, Michigan, one count of Possession of a Fentanyl Related Compound, a felony of the first degree.
Tyler J. Shortridge, age 29, of Bidwell, Ohio, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), a felony of the second degree.
Toni A. Jackson, age 38, of Columbus, Ohio, one count of Possession of Cocaine, a felony of the fifth degree; one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine) a felony of the third degree; one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (4-fluoro MDMB Butica), a felony of the fifth degree; one count of Possession of a Fentanyl Related Compound, a felony of the second degree; and one count of Improperly Handling Firearms in a Motor Vehicle, a felony of the fourth degree with Specification.
Nick A. Morris, age 38, of Cincinnati, Ohio, one count of Possession of Heroin, a felony of the third degree; and one count of Possession of a Fentanyl Related Compound, a felony of the third degree; two counts of Having Weapons While Under Disability, felonies of the third degree with Specifications.
Jeremy W. Turner, age 41, of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, one count of Tampering with Evidence, a felony of the third degree.
Thomas R. Millender, age 41, of Detroit, Michigan, one count of Having Weapons While Under Disability, a felony of the third degree with Specification; and one count of Receiving Stolen Property, a felony of the fourth degree.
Angel I. McGuire, age 18, of Gallipolis, Ohio, one count of Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor, a felony of the fourth degree.
Margaret L. Watch, age 54, of Cheshire, Ohio, two counts of Passing Bad Checks, felonies of the fourth degree.
Savannah P. Isaacs, age 21, of Gallipolis, Ohio, two counts of Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor, felonies of the fourth degree.
Jack A. Williams, age 43, of Gallipolis, Ohio, one count of Breaking and Entering, a felony of the fifth degree.
Jessica Royer, age 38, of Gallipolis, Ohio, three counts of Non-Support of Dependents, felonies of the fifth degree.
Paul Robinson, age 44, of Rutland, Ohio, two counts of Rape, felonies of the first degree with Specification; seven counts of Rape, felonies of the first degree; and seven counts of Sexual Battery, felonies of the second degree.
The cases against those indicted will proceed in the Gallia County Common Pleas Court
