In the recent jury trial of Michael L. Cook, a Gallia County jury viewed this video during the trial. This slow-motion video shows Cook quickly tossing a bag that contained 22 individually wrapped bags of heroin in the parking lot of Shake Shoppe on Jackson Pike. The heroin was intended to be delivered to an apartment complex in Gallia County. After deliberating 24 minutes, the jury convicted Cook of Tampering with Evidence (seen clearly in this clip), Trafficking in Heroin, and Possession of Heroin and Cocaine.
