CHARLESTON WOMAN CONVICTED OF TRAFFICKING 61 GRAMS OF HEROIN

Gallia County Prosecuting Attorney, Jason D. Holdren, announces that earlier this week Kenisha L. Sanders, age 28, of Charleston, West Virginia pled guilty to trafficking in heroin, a felony of the first degree; tampering with evidence, a felony of the third degree; and identity theft, a felony of the fifth degree.

The Defendant faces up to 11 years for her conviction of trafficking in heroin; up to 3 years for her conviction of tampering with evidence; and up to 1 year for her conviction of identity theft. Sanders will be sentenced by Judge Margaret Evans in the Gallia County Common Pleas Court on June 5, 2017.
