– John Steven Osman, age 53, of Gallipolis, Ohio, one count of Engaging in Pattern of Corrupt Activity, a felony of the second degree; one count of Passing Bad Checks, a felony of the fourth degree; two counts of Passing Bad Checks, felonies of the fifth degree; one count of Passing Bad Checks, a misdemeanor of the first degree; and one count of Receiving Stolen Property, a felony of the fourth degree.
– Nathan O. Williams, age 33, of Crown City, Ohio, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a felony of the fifth degree.
– Ruthie M. Duncan, age 41, of South Webster, Ohio, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a felony of the fifth degree.
