Gallia County Prosecuting Attorney, Jason D. Holdren, announces the recent sentencings of three individuals in the Gallia County Common Pleas Court. The following individuals were sentenced to prison terms by Judge Margaret Evans of the Gallia County Common Pleas Court:
Cody L. Sinclair, age 27, of Rio Grande, Ohio, was recently sentenced to 3 years in prison for his convictions of Failure to Comply with an Order or Signal of an Officer and Receiving Stolen Property, a firearm.
Melvin S. Valentine, age 41, of Gallipolis, Ohio, was recently sentenced to 3 years in prison for his convictions of Trafficking in Cocaine, Possession of Heroin, Tampering with Evidence and Failure to Appear.
Jess Flemings, age 27, of Vinton, Ohio, was recently sentenced to 18 months in prison for violating the terms of his community control. Flemings was originally placed on community control for his conviction of Theft of a Motor Vehicle in June of 2017.
