Brett F. Curtis, Age 30, of Bidwell, Ohio, two counts of Receiving Stolen Property, felonies of the fourth degree; and two counts of Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, felonies of the fourth degree.
Robert D. Laywell III, Age 30, of Bidwell, Ohio, two counts of Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, felonies of the fourth degree.
