JURY CONVICTS CINCINNATI MAN ON 10 DRUG COUNTS

Antonio D. McIntosh

Antonio D. McIntosh, age 37, of Cincinnati, Ohio was convicted by a Gallia County jury this evening on all counts in the Gallia County Common Pleas Court following a three-day jury trial. The Defendant was convicted of the following offenses:

1. Trafficking in Cocaine, a felony of the fifth degree;
2. Complicity to Trafficking in Cocaine, a felony of the fifth degree;
3. Possession of Cocaine, a felony of the fifth degree;
4. Possession of Cocaine, a felony of the first degree;
5. Possession of Heroin, a felony of the second degree;
6. Aggravated Possession of Methamphetamine, a felony of the third degree;
7. Trafficking in Cocaine, a felony of the first degree;
8. Trafficking in Heroin, a felony of the second degree;
9. Aggravated Trafficking in Methamphetamine, a felony of the third degree; and
10. Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity, a felony of the first degree.

Mr. McIntosh will be sentenced by Judge Margaret Evans in the Gallia County Common Pleas Court on August 10, 2017.

The Defendant faces up to 35 years in prison.
