Prosecuting Attorney Jason D. Holdren announces that the Gallia County Grand Jury met in May 2026 and returned indictments for the following individuals:
Sabrina M. Felton, age 39, of Detroit, Michigan, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), a felony of the first degree; and one count of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, a felony of the first degree.
Michael S. Henderson, age 54, of Gallipolis Ferry, West Virginia, two counts of Burglary, felonies of the third degree; one count of Aggravated Theft, a felony of the third degree; and one count of Failure to Comply with the Order or Signal of a Police Officer, a felony of the third degree.
Stacy L. Harper, age 48, of Gallipolis Ferry, West Virginia, two counts of Burglary, felonies of the third degree; and one count of Aggravated Theft, a felony of the third degree.
Aaron DeWitt, age 49, of Gallipolis Ferry, West Virginia, two counts of Burglary, felonies of the third degree; and one count of Aggravated Theft, a felony of the third degree.
Steven Sheets, age 45, of Crown City, Ohio, one count of Burglary, a felony of the third degree; and one count of Aggravated Theft, a felony of the third degree.
Jennifer R. Walters, age 28, of Gallipolis, Ohio, one count of Assault, a felony of the fourth degree.
Jeremy T. Stroud, age 41, of Gallipolis, Ohio, one count of Disrupting Public Services, a felony of the fourth degree.
Joseph A. Childers Jr., age 44, of Patriot, Ohio, one count of Sexual Battery, a felony of the fourth degree.
Deven J. Marcum, age 23, of Bidwell, Ohio, one count of Improper Handling of a Firearm in a Motor Vehicle, a felony of the fifth degree.
Adam R. Wolford, age 42, of Bidwell, Ohio, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), a felony of the fifth degree.
Joshua E. M. Galloway, age 29, of Columbus, Ohio, three counts of Telecommunications Fraud, felonies of the fifth degree.
The cases against those indicted will proceed in the Gallia County Common Pleas Court.
