Jason R. McCormick, Age 37, of Oak Hill, Ohio, twenty-eight counts of Rape, felonies of the first degree.
Jasen L. Smith, Age 43, of Gallipolis, Ohio, one count of Sexual Battery, a felony of the third degree.
Clayton L. Queen, Age 59, of Gallipolis, Ohio, one count of Duty to Register and Periodically Verify Information, a felony of the third degree.
Ryan C. Darst, Age 22, of Bidwell, Ohio, one count of Abduction, a felony of the third degree; and one count of Domestic Violence, a felony of the fourth degree.
Lisa Mauch, Age 39, of Gallipolis Ferry, West Virginia, three counts of Theft of Drugs, felonies of the fourth degree; and three counts of Illegal Processing of Drug Documents, felonies of the fourth degree.
Devan Gillispie, Age 40, of Vinton, Ohio, three counts of Theft of Drugs, felonies of the fourth degree; and three counts of Illegal Processing of Drug Documents, felonies of the fourth degree.
Emerson M. Attar, Age 51, one count of Resisting Arrest, a felony of the fourth degree.
Jamin D. Johnson, Age 38, of West Portsmouth, Ohio, two counts of Failure to Appear, felonies of the fourth degree.
Richard J. Kiser, Age 45, of Vinton, Ohio, one count of Failure to Appear, a felony of the fourth degree.
Jacob T. Smith, Age 24, of Henderson, West Virginia, one count of Failure to Appear, a felony of the fourth degree.
Lorri J. Hauldren, Age 48, of Gallipolis, Ohio, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Oxycodone), a felony of the fifth degree.
Joshua S. Cremeans, Age 42, of Gallipolis, Ohio, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), a felony of the fifth degree.
Melissa S. Hemby, Age 54, of Corryton, Tennessee, one count of Possession of Fentanyl Related Compound, a felony of the fifth degree; and one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), a felony of the fifth degree.
Shawna N. Craycraft, Age 35, of Gallipolis, Ohio, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), a felony of the fifth degree.
The cases against those indicted will proceed in the Gallia County Common Pleas Court.
