William G. Collins, age 64, of Hartley, Iowa, one count of Aggravated Burglary, a felony of the first degree and one count of Felonious Assault, a felony of the second degree.
Sarah A. Collins, age 42, of Hartley, Iowa, one count of Aggravated Burglary, a felony of the first degree, and one count of Felonious Assault, a felony of the second degree.
Tarquin D. Barker, age 32, of Bidwell, Ohio, one count of Felonious Assault, a felony of the second degree, and one count of Endangering Children, a felony of the second degree.
Brent E. Lucas, age 19, of Crown City, Ohio, one count of Burglary, a felony of the second degree, and one count of Failure to Comply with Order or Signal of Police Officer, a felony of the third degree.
Justin D. Mumford, age 26, of Fishers, Indiana, one count of Aggravated Vehicular Assault, a felony of the third degree and one count of Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
Nicholas E. Cremeans, age 45, of Gallipolis, Ohio, one count of Breaking and Entering, a felony of the fifth degree and one count of Tampering with Evidence, a felony of the third degree.
Whitney N. Williams, age 37, of Gallipolis, Ohio, one count of Tampering with Evidence, a felony of the third degree and one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methylphenidate), a felony of the fifth degree.
Lana K. Swisher, age 51, of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, one count of Failure to Appear, a felony of the fourth degree.
Isaac N. Baisden, age 36, of Gallipolis, Ohio, three counts of Assault, felonies of the fourth degree.
Nicholas L. Smith, age 39, of Gallipolis, Ohio, two counts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), felonies of the fifth degree and one count of Possession of Fentanyl Related Compound, a felony of the fourth degree.
Shane P. Swick, age 33, of Bidwell, Ohio, one count of Improper Handling of a Firearm in a Motor Vehicle, a felony of the fifth degree and two counts of Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence, misdemeanors of the first degree.
Lona M. Simpson, age 41, of Wellston, Ohio, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), a felony of the fifth degree.
Taylor R. Nunn, age 32, of Gallipolis, Ohio, one count of Possession of Fentanyl Related Compound, a felony of the fifth degree.
William O. Writesel, age 35, of Portsmouth, Ohio, one count of Breaking and Entering, a felony of the fifth degree.
Carl C. Muncy, age 25, of Vinton, Ohio, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Psilocyn), a felony of the fifth degree.
The cases against those indicted will proceed in the Gallia County Common Pleas Court.
