Vincent H. Varney, age 52, one count of Failure to Provide Notice of Residence Address Change, a felony of the first degree.
Marco A. Delgado, age 36, of Grove City, Ohio, two counts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), felonies of the fifth degree; two counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs (Methamphetamine), felonies of the third and fourth degree; four counts of Possession of Fentanyl Related Compound, felonies of the second and fifth degree; four counts of Trafficking in Fentanyl Related Compound, felonies of the first, fourth, and fifth degree; and one count of Weapons While Under Disability, a felony of the third degree.
Ariel R. Byus, age 29, of Gallipolis, Ohio, fifteen counts of Telecommunications Fraud, felonies of the fifth degree; fifteen counts of Identity Fraud, felonies of the fifth degree; and one count of Engaging in Pattern of Corrupt Activity, a felony of the second degree.
Andrew P. McGuire, age 24, of Gallipolis, Ohio, one count of Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor, a felony of the third degree.

Abdourazak Youssouf, age 41, of Gallipolis, Ohio, one count of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, a felony of the fifth degree; and four counts of Telecommunications Fraud, felonies of the fifth degree.
Kerra L. Layne, age 39, of St. Albans, West Virginia, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine), a felony of the fifth degree.
The cases against those indicted will proceed in the Gallia County Common Pleas Court.
