MAY GRAND JURY INDICTMENTS ANNOUNCED

Prosecuting Attorney Jason D. Holdren announces that the Gallia County Grand Jury met in May and returned indictments for the following individuals:

– Joseph A. Hannah, age 34, of Vinton, Ohio, one count of Robbery, a felony of the third degree, and one count of Grand Theft of Firearm, a felony of the third degree.

– Justin C. Doerfer, age 35, of Gallipolis, Ohio, one count of Burglary, a felony of the fourth degree.

– George Pendleton III, age 56, of Bidwell, Ohio, two counts of Possession of Marihuana, felonies of the third degree, and two counts of Illegal Cultivation of Marihuana, felonies of the third degree.

– Ahmed O. Aden, age 28, of Columbus, Ohio, one count of Possession of Drugs, a felony of the fourth degree, and one count of Trafficking in Drugs, a felony of the fourth degree.

– Chad A. Norton, age 33, of Parkersburg, West Virginia, one count of Aggravated possession of Drugs, a felony fifth degree, and one count of Operating a Vehicle with a Hidden Compartment used to Transport a Controlled Substance, a felony of the second degree.

– Grace N. Sanders, age 37, of Columbus, Ohio, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a felony of the fifth degree.

– Alexandria J. Mollohan, age 38, of Crown City, Ohio, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a felony of the fifth degree, and one count of Possession of Heroin, a felony of the fifth degree.

– Brandy R. Dillard, age 33, of Gallipolis, Ohio, one count of Possession of Heroin, a felony of the fifth degree.

– Aaron Harrison, age 22, of Rio Grande, Ohio, one count of Trafficking in Drugs, a felony of the fifth degree.

– Bruce L. Chapman, age 36, of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, one count of Escape, a felony of the fifth degree, and one count of Trafficking in Drugs, a felony of the fifth degree.

– Timothy A. Smith, age 46, one count of Failure to Notify Change of Address, a felony of the third degree.

– Kenneth M. Hull, age 19, of Mount Sterling, Ohio, one count of Possession of Drugs, a felony of the fourth degree, and one count of Trafficking in Drugs, a felony of the fourth degree.

The cases against those indicted will proceed in the Gallia County Common Pleas Court.
