FOUR GALLIA COUNTY MEN CONVICTED; SENTENCINGS SET

Gallia County Prosecuting Attorney, Jason D. Holdren, announces the recent convictions of four Gallia County men this past week in the Gallia County Common Pleas Court.

Levi T. Coughenour, age 25, of Gallipolis, Ohio, was recently convicted of Illegal Manufacture of Methamphetamine, a felony of the second degree. Coughenour faces up to 8 years in prison and will be sentenced in the Gallia County Common Pleas Court on August 17, 2017.

Justin A. Lambert, age 27, of Gallipolis, Ohio, was convicted of Felonious Assault, a felony of the second degree. Lambert will be sentenced on July 12, 2017.

Ralph W. Young, Jr., age 39, of Bidwell, Ohio was recently convicted of Gross Abuse of a Corpse, a felony of the fifth degree, and Tampering with Evidence, a felony of the third degree. Young will be sentenced in the Gallia County Common Pleas Court on June 15, 2017.

Anthony M. Moore, age 40, of Columbus, Ohio, was convicted of Receiving Stolen Property, being a 2004 Kawasaki ATV, a felony of the fourth degree. Moore will be sentenced in the Gallia County Common Pleas Court on June 15, 2017.
